The Trophy

Here's a official trophy for the Annual Lake Michigan Fishing Challenge

The winning team will retain possession of the trophy at their lab until next year's fishing challenge.  There are rules however.

1. The trophy must be respected!
2. The trophy must be displayed in a place of honor throughout the year. It is acceptable for each member of the winning team to have a turn to display the trophy in their office for example.  
3. Each time the trophy changes location, a photo of the new location should be provided for posting on the blog.
4. The trophy must be present in all breakout sessions during Red Team Reviews or Director's Reviews if one or more members of the winning team is involved in said reviews.  Photo evidence is required.
